By downloading, installing, or using the AstroFate mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

AstroFate is a mobile app that provides astrological insights, natal chart analysis, horoscopes, AI-generated fortune-telling, and other cosmic content based on user-provided birth information. All content is for entertainment purposes only.

3.1 You may create an account to access enhanced features.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3.4 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4.1 Birth Data: You may provide birth information (date, time, location) to generate personalized astrological content. This information is stored in our application database, linked to your account, and used to compute your natal chart, transits, and related readings.

4.2 We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 You retain ownership of your personal data.

4.4 You may delete your account and associated data at any time.

4.5 We collect additional data such as name, email, IP address, approximate IP-based geolocation, device hardware and software metadata, locale, and app usage information to support features, improve performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4.6 We use third-party services including Google Analytics, Firebase, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Google (Gemini API), Amazon Web Services (including S3), and ipinfo.io for IP intelligence and fraud prevention.

4.7 Your data may be stored on your device, our secure servers, and AWS infrastructure.

4.8 We do not sell your personal information.

4.9 To request data deletion, use our support contact system.

4.10 Fraud Prevention: We log successful authentication events (including IP address, approximate geolocation, device identifiers, and user agent) for up to 90 days to detect and prevent multi-account abuse, redemption code abuse, payment disputes, and unauthorized account access. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to this processing.

5.1 All astrological interpretations, content, and features are provided for entertainment purposes.

5.2 Content generated by our AI systems is based on astrological principles and should not be considered as professional advice.

5.3 You retain rights to your personal data and birth information.

5.4 AstroFate retains rights to the app design, algorithms, and generated content formats.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the App to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Submit false or misleading birth data intentionally
• Create multiple accounts to abuse signup bonuses, promotional tokens, redemption codes, free trials, or any other rewards
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other means to evade fraud detection, rate limits, or geographic restrictions
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse or misuse of the App or its features

7.1 Entertainment Purpose: All astrological content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

7.2 Not Professional Advice: Content should not replace professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

7.3 Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision of astrological calculations or interpretations.

7.4 Individual Results: Astrological insights are interpretive and may vary.

AstroFate and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological content.

9.1 Some features may require subscription or one-time payments.

9.2 Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9.3 Subscription terms and cancellation policies follow platform guidelines.

9.4 No refunds after purchase.

9.5 Fair Use: While some subscription features, such as AI chat, may be labeled as "unlimited," usage is subject to fair use limits to ensure quality of service for all users. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary restrictions or suspension of access to specific features.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
